Compass Brain Injury Specialists is a specialist service for adults, children and young people with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and their families and carers. 

Regardless of how serious the brain injury, we help survivors and their families to prepare for how their lives may change as a result of ABI, and support them in their recovery and onward journey.

We aim to:

Promote understanding of all aspects of acquired brain injury and to provide information, support and services to people with ABI, their families and carers.

Provide opportunities for slow stream rehabilitation, respite, vocational rehabilitation and social inclusion.

Provide advice on the management of acquired brain injury issues, both long and short term.
